Edwardian 0.60 CTW Pink Sapphire and Diamond Halo Ring in 18K Yellow Gold and Platinum
A beautiful example of Edwardian-era jewelry, this antique ring features a 0.40-carat pink sapphire secured in a prong setting. A scalloped platinum halo of near-colorless round diamonds surrounds the vibrant center stone, creating a delicate floral appearance characteristic of the period.
The diamonds have SI clarity and weigh approximately 0.20 carat total. The platinum setting transitions gracefully into a polished 18K yellow gold band, giving the ring an elegant two-tone finish. The band measures approximately 2 mm wide, and the ring weighs 2.96 grams.
Currently a size 7, the ring may be resized for an additional fee. Sapphire is the traditional birthstone for September and is associated with wisdom, protection, and serenity. Diamond is the birthstone for April and symbolizes clarity, strength, and fidelity.
